Return & Refund Policy

At The Kranz Shop, we want every order to exceed your expectations. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Product must include original packaging whenever possible.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened treats or supplements
• Personalized products
• Gift cards
• Clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake or a defective product, we'll cover the return shipping.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
